Terms of Use Agreement.

Welcome to PeopleInspire.com, a social networking website utility that allows you to share your thoughts, stories and articles written by you with the people across the globe. The PeopleInspire service and network (collectively, "PeopleInspire" , "service", or “the company”) By accessing or using our web site at www.PeopleInspire.com or by posting a Share Button on your site, you (the "User") signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms of Use" or "Agreement"), whether or not you are a registered member of PeopleInspire. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these Terms of Use at any time without further notice. If we do this, the changes to these Terms of Use will be posted on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the date these terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Service or the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use. If you do not agree to abide by these or any future Terms of Use, do not use or access (or continue to use or access) the Service or the Site. It is your responsibility to regularly check the Site to determine if there have been changes to these Terms of Use and to review such changes.

Basic Terms of Use
1. You must be 13 years or older to use this site.
2. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your screen name.
3. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
4. You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate or discriminate against other PeopleInspire users.
5. You may not use the PeopleInspire.com service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
6. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links ("Content") that you submit, post, and display on the PeopleInspire.com service/website.
7. You must not modify, adapt or hack PeopleInspire.com or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with PeopleInspire.com.
8. You must not create or submit unwanted email or messages to any PeopleInspire members, send mass messages within a certain time-span, ("Spam").
9. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
10. You must not, in the use of PeopleInspire, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your PeopleInspire.com account. While PeopleInspire.com prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that PeopleInspire cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the PeopleInspire.com website/service at your own risk.
11. The PeopleInspire.com website is 90% user/community controlled. If a story is deemed offensive or in breach of this  TOS by the reading community/visitors, the members of PeopleInspire.com may flag the story for removal. If stories are flagged numerous times they are automatically suspended and must be appealed by the story writer through their profile to the website administration staff.

General Conditions
1. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the PeopleInspire.com website/service for any reason, without notice at any time.
2. We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. Any alterations to this Terms of Use will also follow an updated date displayed at the top of this web-page.
3. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
4. We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use.
5. The PeopleInspire service makes it possible to post images and text hosted on PeopleInspire to outside websites. This use is accepted and encouraged.
6. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of businesses or individuals that hold legal claim or trademark on those usernames.
7. Those who have their websites placed and advertised on the PeopleInspire.com Links and Affiliates page must, and are expected to, link back to PeopleInspire.com. If this is not done, then the reciprocal link on PeopleInspire.com’s Links and Affiliates page will be removed without notice or warning.

Copyright
1. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the PeopleInspire website/service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours. You can remove your profile at any time by deleting your account.
2. We encourage users to write their creative and insightful stories and market such stories to the public globally. Any stories written by you (the user) are deemed as usable and marketable by PeopleInspire.com.
3. PeopleInspire.com reserves the right to advertise, market, or publish your story/article, written content, or profile through such means as Print Media, Radio/Television, or Online Media. By using the PeopleInspire.com website/service you waive the right to claim copyright infringement for such use and publication of your written stories.
4. PeopleInspire undertakes to obey all relevant copyright laws. We will review all claims of copyright infringement received and remove content deemed to have been posted or distributed in violation of any such laws. To make a claim, please provide us with the following:
1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act on its behalf;
2. A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
3. A description of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit Twitter to locate the material;
4. Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email;
5. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under the pains and penalties of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Liability
In no event will company or its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including for any loss profits or lost data arising from your use of the PeopleInspire.com website/services, any platform applications or any of the site content or other materials on, accessed through or downloaded from the website, even if the company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the company’s liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any by you to the company for the service during the term of membership, but in no case will the company’s liability to you exceed $1,000. You acknowledge that if no fees are paid to the company for the service, you shall be limited to injunctive relief only, unless otherwise permitted by law, and shall not be entitled to damages of any kind from company, regardless of the cause of the action
